MAILBOX: the band, the history..

Mailbox is a band from Almelo, the Netherlands. Mailbox is
a cover-band who play's covers of: Nirvana, Rage Against The
Machine, Dog Eat Dog, Foo Fighters, etc. Michael Cress (Bass)
played in lots of bands with no luck cause the bands he played
in didn't play his style of music, so he found this guy:
Gijs Klaas (Vocals) and he is a total Nirvana fan. Gijs knew
this guy: Kamal (Drums) and the first start was made. Gijs also
had a friend who played guitar and the band was invited to play
on a school called: O.S.G. Erasmus and Mailbox played there first
gig, what was very cool. There first 3 songs were all Nirvana
songs cause they are easy to play: D7, About a girl and
Molly's lips. There first gig was very cool BUT....
When the band went to play in Wierden on a Jam Sesion with
P.I.P. the SUCKED everything went wrong and the all blamed
eachother and that was not cool but it was fun to see.

Well... do you know what a Woekoe is????? I don't think so,
cause it's a Dutch joke about Cowboy's and Indians wich is
very funny. Michael (also known as: El Woekoe) is the founder
of the most funny joke (his friends think that it's very
iritating). Woekoe is the thing that gay man do with eachother
at night when there not sleeping. I think grown-up's know what I

In the end.... Mailbox is a very cool band who is (not) ready
for the big music-world (which is very very very hard).
Mailbox is a cool band which you can swing and dance and party
on!!! So when you are in the neighberhood check us out!!!!
